This is an expensive hotel. The quality of the experience wasn’t worth the price. The food and drinks were overpriced and it was hard to get a decent spot at the pool. Drink service wasn’t as attentive as other resorts. CoVid restrictions restricted ordering directly from bar. The resort was attractive and well kept. Staff were helpful and professional. The room design was a bit odd. Extensive amount of cabinets in oversized kitchen area and oversized bathroom, while room was normal sized. Biggest issue was wind. Perhaps this is a seasonal or coincidental issue or attributed to the “elevation” of the pool deck, but strong winds perpetually blowing made it cool at times and difficult to keep track of possessions. Speaking with locals Condando is known for these conditions. Staying near Carolina was a much more comfortable experience.

On walking in Edgar made us feel very welcome & while our room wasn't immediately available, a quick beer later it was. Derek at the pool provided exceptional service as did Javier at the lobby bar. The hotel was clean & took COVID protocol seriously. Our room was fantastic & the view amazing. We'll definitely be back!

While the hotel is comfortable and the rooms are nice, the service in general and particularly in the Ola Bistro and by the poolside needs to be improved.

Great location, clean, beautiful views. We traveled for our anniversary and appreciated they had a separate pool for adults. The hotel is gorgeous and well maintained. Front desk staff is a little slow but customer service in general on the island is generally slower. The food at Olas was resort pricing and again, slow service. The valet attendants were quick and we never waited long for car retrieval.

The building, grounds, and beach itself are all beautiful. I loved that they were very serious about covid protocol and were operating at limited capacity. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that wasn’t perfect for me was the ola restaurant. I’m very serious about food so if dishes are going to be pricier than average, I would like the quality to match that, and I wouldn’t say that it does there. But it was no issue because there were tons of breakfast and lunch options walking distance. And STK was lovely. Will definitely stay again.

This the best hotel in Condado. Everything is perfect except for service in the Ola Oceanfront Restaurant. Inside the restaurant was poor as well as service to pool chairs from the restaurant. The experience was bad all three days of our stay so the issue was not a specific person but service overall, specially the guys from the bar which always seemed like they were angry at everything.
