El personal de Recepción muy atento y agradable, desafortunadamente nunca regresaría debido a que el hotel está super descuidado, instalaciones abandonadas, el cuarto con telarañas, con mucho olor a humedad y reposadera. I loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff from evening to day shift. They truly went above and beyond to make our short stay comfortable and fun. Our server for breakfast recommend a gentlemen to take us on a boat tour around the area and even guided us around some areas other company based tours did not. He to was kind and respectful. Not an experience we will forget. One thing I was a little disappointed in was the pool not being available for my young child to swim onsite, but the gentleman who provided a boat tour was instructed to take us to a safe clean area on the lake to swim.

Staff are helpful and very friendly. The condition of the hotel is very disappointing. For a hotel recently built lots of black mold. First room deck was about 12” wide. We did get moved the next day so thank you to staff. Just not up to Ramada’s standards.
