Great location between sth bank and west end. Clean and well appointed apartment. However fridge was a bit wobbly as it appeared to be missing a foot. Also, we found out that there is no hot tub in the room, it’s is on the roof floor level, so it’s a shared one :)

(1) The apartment had a persisting strange smell which seemed to emanate from. the bathroom - a somewhat mouldy plumbing smell. (2) The main. television system did not work. It was probably not out of order, but was showing "no signal". I saw some RCA-type plus on the floor so perhaps they had been unplugged. It was quite a complex set-up involving a Foxtel box so an instruction sheet would have been helpful. (3) The supplies of sugar, soap and shampoo were ungenerous. There were only three sachets of sugar. Otherwise: the place was attractive, generally well maintained, well-equipped and comfortable, and staff were helpful.

Staff were very friendly and helpful; balcony was amazing, so spacious, awesome view of the city and Musgrave Park. Roomy apartment but interior was a bit dated, carpet damaged between bedroom and bathroom, edges scuffed and some wear and tear.

Valentines Day, 14 Feb - ignored on arrival. Not told on phone an hour earlier I would be charged for accessing our room early as it was available ($50 for 2hr early) then withdrawn from credit card when we arrived - until I queried it. Was then told it had bee refunded (however has not come back into my account as yet, the charge has gone through though). Rude receptionist, no apology for their error, no compensation for us on Valentines Day. Bad start to our weekend. Room was fairly drab, didnt look as good as in the pictures online. Spa on roof didn't work properly either, no instructions anywhere.
