Complaints
The rooms are in poor condition. Molds are in the shower area. Also the washroom are small. The carpets are outdated and unclean. The rooms are no where close to the pictures shown

Nice hotel good location
The Arab check in staff were rude and useless in contrast to the Bell Boys who were amazing. Internet in the room was available but was not great. Good location about 10-15mins from grand mosque. Good shops near by.
I would stay there again as the price was good. I would say it is more of a 3 and half star at best.

Very Bad experiance
Very Bad, don't select this hotel, i made payment by visa but they refused to give me the room claiming that Hotels doesnt pay them and i have to pay again in cash, finally i left the hotel to another one

Never never never
Absolutely the worest hotel I stayed in. Avoid at any cost. Far from Haram. Dirty. Old furniture. Bathroom broken down and disgusting.
