    Fabulous experience- Five Stars!

    We stayed for a night in Radisson Blu and it was easily one of our best hotel stay experiences in India. Excellent room, spacious, we were upgraded from business class to a junior suite! Super clean and modern! Front desk, house keeping staff service par excellence. Check in , check out super smooth and the front desk staff were pleasure to deal with - very polite, attentive and responsive.Lalitha from housekeeping, Bineesh and Nishad at the breakfast buffet provided excellent customer service. The one touch service was true to its name as for every call of ours, staff responded within 5 minutes. Enjoyed the 15 min complementary foot massage at Tattva, Anita, the masseuse was plain amazing! Would come back to Radisson in a heartbeat.

    Great staff, comfortable rooms, good food

    We were traveling with our 4 month old daughter and chose this place thinking that it will be comfortable for our infant daughter. The check-in was hassle free and the room was nice, however, it seemed a little dusty and we had to request housekeeping to clean it up! They did it immediately which was great. The rooms are comfy and our request for an infant crib was honored (so glad!), the bathrooms are nice but the showers are rather tiny. During our stay we requested for a pair of scissors to cut open a milk powder packet and we returned it to the housekeeping staff, but the next morning at 7:30 am they woke us up asking for the scissors back! That was really annoying. The breakfast buffet was good and the room service menu though not elaborate was quite nice. The swimming pool is quite nice as well, but I thought the changing rooms/showers were really small with no hooks to hang clothes/towels. Overall, the staff at the hotel were very hospitable which made our stay comfortable. Thank you team Radisson Blu!

    Overall stay was ok. Not up to the expectation of the 5 star hotel. Service was pathetic starting from check in to the restaurant service. Staff was unfriendly. Any order in the restaurant took min 45 mins. Pls pay attention room to the restaurant bills. I was charged 3 times more (for other room service)
