I needed ice so I flipped the icemaking plastic tray from the refrigerator onto a small glass trey that I got from the bathroom. In the dark I touched that and dropped it on the tile floor -it broke. They wanted 60,000 for it ( I bought a big nice vase days before for 20,000), I was expecting 30k max. I told them that is part their fault since they didn't have a regular bucket for ice, like everywhere else, and aked to cut the price in half. They said it is already half because the real price is 120,000 ( I paid 138,000 for the stay). They reduced it to 50,000. When I said that I will leave a bad review they passed fast a "quality assurance person" wich started to talk to me like to a kid. I couldn't listen - I said "let me pay 50k and leave".

It was an okay stay, the breakfast was good 2 out of 3 times. That one time the breakfast was cold, hot beverage was cold and flavorless. We called front desk to get an iron because there wasn’t one in the room and I never got it.
