Super convenient location just beside the Meoyongdong train( light blue line 4) Exit 6, right at the busy meoyongdong shopping street, lots of shops and restaurants . Room is clean and hotel provide free lockers for luggages which is the plus point. Will definitely recommend to friends and will stay here again

I booked a suite, Room # 1235 had a horrible sewage smell. I requested them multiple times to change the room, but they kept saying we are totally booked. Two nights I spend in a room with horrible foul smell was just terrible. Customer service either dont speak well english or pretend that there is nothing wrong. I had to go down to the front desk multiple times to speak to them as they were not able to understand. Room service lady Joyce from Philippines ( such a nice lady) speak better English then the front desk. My suggestion, stay away from the room # 1235. Location was good.

There central air controlled by the building is set at 27 to 28 Celsius when outside temp was over 30 Celsius. Slept in sweat They only have cheap shampoo, cheap body wash and a small piece of soap. But housekeeping is nice. Just hope they have less dust!!

The location is excellent which is just beside subway station and night market. As of the hotel itself, the air conditioner is not cold and require air con fan. The most fustrating part is the elevator on both side. Have to wait so long for the elevator to go up and down and is always super crowded. Luckily i still at 5th floor so still can access by staircase. The only improvement needed is the elevator.

The room where clean and had a great location ... only that. the temperature on the room was kept at 28-30C the whole day. it was so hot to be on the room to sleep or rest, but ofcourse the lobby where the employees where at was kept nice and cool. however there was no sitting area to be able to sit in the lobby to enjoy the cool air. if you tried to sit on the restaurant empty chairs they would kick you out saying in private property.... but i guess the hotel doesn't own the restaurant that is didn't next to the check in counter. won't comment to stay here at all if you are planning to go during late spring or summer time.

The room ran very hot and I couldn’t adjust the temperature, so slept with the windows open. The cleaning staff were great and thorough. Didn’t haven’t breakfast as we told there were lots of places in the area with better options. The strength of this hotel is LOCATION. Can’t be beat, heart of shopping and right on the subway line.

Although the location of this hotel was close to Myeongdong station, the thermostat wasn’t able to change. The temperature as well as the mode (Heater/Air Condition) weren’t able to be alter which made our stay very uncomfortable. The outside temperature was less than 10 Degrees Celsius and the thermostat was set on cool. Insulation wasn’t the greatest so we could feel the coldness and it was quite difficult to sleep. Please keep in mind that we came from an area in which it has tropical temperatures all year around.

We had a generally good stay with a few notable pros and cons. The biggest highlight is the location. It’s excellent, with the night markets right on the doorstep and close to the train station, as well as within walking distance to many attractions, which made getting around Seoul very easy. I would recommend skipping the hotel breakfast. Unfortunately, it was below average and not worth the price. After the first couple of days, we chose to eat elsewhere. There’s an amazing food truck right downstairs that sells Korean breakfast sandwiches, which were cheap, fresh, and far better than the hotel offering. In comparison, the hotel food felt disappointing. The bread was stale, the juices tasted like cordial, and the eggs had a strong, unpleasant smell. One major downside was the noise on our last night. At around 1am, roadworks began right outside with extremely loud jackhammering. It went on for hours and kept us awake. When I went down to reception, several other guests were already complaining, so it wasn’t an isolated issue. I understand this was outside of the hotel’s control, but it did significantly impact our stay. I would recommend checking with the hotel in advance about any nearby construction. The hotel itself was very clean, and housekeeping did a great job refreshing our room daily. The rooms were also a good size, which we really appreciated. One minor inconvenience was the elevators. There are four, but they felt quite slow and often crowded given the numb

Hotel lobby is plain & not presentable at all with no couch to rest with rows of lockers which make the lobby looks unsightly. Check in was fast & friendly & rooms were clean with daily housekeeping.The location is great & airport limousine bus is a few steps away right in front of Myeongdong Gyoza restaurant. Not cleaned, found hair in shower and on shower curtain. There was a smell to the towels, and a stain on the sheets, no amenities but didn't expect much either. Staff could be friendlier, booked because of location but I do not recommend and would never stay here again. It is cheap and if you don't care it's fine but I thought it would be better. The pics are different from the actual rooms or my room.
