1. Dirty and mouldy toilets 2. Dirty mattress 3. Booked a private room but the air con is centralised and shared with the room next door. Had to constantly go to the receptionist to ask them to switch it off/turn in down. And it's in the middle of winter, why would they even blas the Aircon 4. Room was very tiny you would have no space for your luggage
