Great budget stay option with ocean view
Ozo offers a very convenient budget stay experience. The ocean view is fantastic and the room is neat, spacious and comfortable. The rooftop top infinity pool and bar with ocean view setup is very cool. The food quality, both in room service and breakfast buffet, could be much better.

This is the third time we stayed at ozo and as usual not disappointed. Great hotel, with great service. Centrally located.

Disappointing for 4* hotel
Room at Ozo Colombo was booked for 02 persons with a king size bed. Only one bed side table. The room was rather small in size. No writing desk (a small movable type table). No face washers and only one hand towel for 02 occupants in room. No soap but soap dispensers provided for wash basin and shower area. Limited top up of coffee for 02 occupants. Wifi was somewhat slow during the day. No luggage service provided in hotel and guests expected to take their own bags to the rooms and during check out.
