Unprofessional and disgusting
They ignored my reservation and gave my room to someone else. When I arrived, they put me in a nearby cheap hostal. There were no leanings, no shower amenities, only left overs from the previous guests. The room was infested with ants and mosquitos. No air conditioning or even a fan. The floor was sticky and disgusting. I arrived very late at night and my family was very tired, so they had to stay. We could not sleep all night because of the mosquitos. We left the next morning at 6:00 am, devoured by mosquitos. On our way out, we realized that this “hotel” is placed in the middle of an oil field. There are oil pumping machines everywhere, and the smell is horrendous. I will never in my life will comeback to this horrible place.
