Worst reception , no etiquette ,
No tie up with Hotels.com , they refused to give room even when paid in advance .

Awful management
Was told that they no longer accept Expedia bookings, even though their hotel was advertised on Expedia and I had booked and payed. They insisted I pay directly to the hotel and that I sort out my refund with Expedia (it was non-refundable booking). Staff very unprofessional in dealing with this. Would not stay here again.

Expedia reservation not respected
Woodland hotel told us that they do not make any business with Expedia.
We had to make and pay for another reservation.
Please,in the future,make sure that your reservation will be respected in that hotel.it is quite a nightmare for your client .
