Charming hotel in a nice quiet neighborhood
This is an older property with some updated rooms. The newer rooms are nice with comfortable beds, ac and a balcony overlooking the garden. Quiet neighborhood with several restaurants close by.

Will never book with Hotel.com again
The resort is surrounded by trees and lush green garden facing rooms. It is good for relaxation. The bathrooms are very bad with water from shower area accumulating and not able to drain quickly. The room upkeep is ordinary. The quality of service is ordinary when this is offseason. Booking with Hotel.com was the worst thing as I was charged for an extra bed when I had not asked for any. Also there is no provision with the hotel to provide for an extra bed. The break-up of charges were not provided at the time of booking. Very unprofessional and non transparent behavior.

Disavventura nella prenotazione
Ci hanno detto appena arrivati che la nostra prenotazione e pagamento non era mai arrivata, pagamento fatto a Maggio 2015, e che se volevamo rimanere la dovevamo pagare di nuovo ad un prezzo quasi doppio di quello che avevamo pagato e la stanza era disponibile solo per 2 giorni e non per 9 come da prenotazione, grazie ad Hotel.com siamo stati risarciti e trovato un altro Hotel ma se era per loro ci dovevamo arrangiare, quindi giudizio estremamente negativo ho passato almeno 3 ore di telefonate India Italia per risolvere la questione e loro hanno solo voluto i soldi.
