Schrecklich Dieses Hotel ist die schlechte Unterkunft, die man in ganz Tunesien besuchen kann. Ehrlich gesagt habe ich sehr Tolle Fotos in Expedia App gesehen, auch wurde geschrieben, dass das Personal hier am besten ist und die Kunden schon damit zufrieden waren. Dies hat leider keiner Wahrheit entsprochen. Sobald wir unser Auto parkten, haben wir Mäuse überall gesehen. Außerdem im Zimmer hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert und gleichzeitig konnte das Fenster nicht geöffnet werden!!!! Das Wetter war schon unerträglich und mit keiner Klimaanlage kann man nicht mehr aushalten. Folglich wollte ich mich duschen aber, wie erwartet, habe ich im Bad kein Tuch gefunden und stattdessen nur Insekten. Tatsächlich sind die Insekten überall. Im Flur gab es auch nicht nur sie, sondern auch kleine gefährliche Kriechtiere. Deswegen haben wir das Personal angerufen. Hier war der schlimmste Teil. Die Antwort war: wir können nichts machen und ich dürfe nicht beschweren!!!!! Ich werde eine Erstattung beantragen.

Points positives: beach-bar personnel et alimentation bien. points négatifs: chambre rudimentaire, vieux draps télévision ne fonctionne pas, sache d'eau ne fonctionnait pas bien, bain bouché la douche je la prenais avec de l'eau à 10 cm de ma cheville, petit déjeuner affreux: eau coloré en jaune et parfume en citron en guise de citronnade , sirop de sucre coloré en guise de miel. Des achariens dans les draps ! !durant 3 jours juste une tite savonnette et é petits flacon de douche Nappes vielles et salles pour tables de Petit déj œuf durs sans proposition d'œuf 3 minutes!Pas assez de tasses pour boir un café ni assez de pot pour le yaourt tasses et pots cassés . La piscine sale le TOBOGAN est cassés réparé le dernier jours avec une moquette sale en vert et mouillé avec de la moisissure . Carrelage cassés dans la chambre, sincérement un des pires séjour que j'au eu dans ma vie !heureusement

This hotel was perhaps the worst I've ever experienced. The building is in disrepair, the rooms were offensively unclean, and basic amenities were missing. There were no mattress covers, the sink was broken and didn't drain and we had to go through 8 water glasses before finding one clean enough to drink from! The pools clearly haven't been opened in years, with mold growing on the walls of the pool and room itself. Guests all around us were complaining and the staff was downright rude. There was not enough food at the buffet dinner or breakfast- not that I wanted to eat it because there were multiple hairs in multiple dishes. I will say that although the immediate area around the hotel is also abysmal, the Sousse area is delightful and well worth a visit. Just find another place to stay the night- this hotel should be condemned.

we waren door de week de enige gasten en hadden dus alle vriendelijke aandacht van het personeel. Er werd volop geschilderd en nieuw meubilair in de lounge geplaatst tijdens ons verblijf. Minpuntje was dat de wifi defekt raakte en niet snel gerepareerd werd.
