フロントのコンシェルジュの対応が悪い。チェックイン当日に鍵をもらえず、再三催促して翌々日にようやくスペアキーをもらえた。よく室内を調べるとチェックアウト時に返却するための室内のボックスに実は入っていた。それをフロントで把握していないのが怠慢。

L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter tous les coins de Boston et de Cambridge! La terrasse sur le toit donne une vue magnifique sur la ville. L'application de Global Suites est bien faite et utile. Il y avait une information erronée car il n'y a pas de hot tub mais le reste était clair et complet. Nous avons dû téléphoner pour obtenir certaines précisions et le service à la clientèle était très bien. L'appartement est spacieux et offre tous ce dont nous avions besoin. Le plus gros point négatif est la propreté. Les tapis pourraient être lavés en profondeur et l'appartement mieux entretenu. Les frais cachés de 100$ ajoutés à la facture sont un peu frustrants compte tenu de l'état des lieux et du fait qu'il faut tout nettoyer nous-même avant de quitter. De plus, nous devions avoir une vue sur la ville de notre chambre mais il n'y en avait pas car nous étions au 8e étage. Mais l'emplacement et la terrasse compensent largement pour ces points.

최악의 서비스 샴푸 컨디셔너 부족해서 가져다 달래도 자기 소관 아니라고 안갖다줌 헤어드라이기 고장나도 자기 소관 아니라고 안고쳐줌 체크인때 받은 여권 프런트에서 안돌려주고 이틀뒤 찾으러 갔더니 프런트 데스크 위에 그대로 방치해둠 이런데는 처음 봅니다.
