Don't stay here
This hotel is terrible. Checked in on Saturday night in the rain. Owner refused to honor booking, told me to leave, that there would be no charge. Guess what? Charge appeared on my credit card. Incredibly rude and in a bad neighborhood.

Left prior to checking in…!
I made a reservation on-line and arrived at the property about 15 minutes later. The woman checking people in was very unfriendly to the man ahead of me, and then she was not very nice to me, either. I got a bad vibe at this point, and said I changed my mind. “Then go find somewhere else to stay!”, she snapped. She did not give me my ID back, I had to ask three times before she handed it to me. The charges for two nights are still on my credit card! Also, the “urban hotel” is an old motel that has been renovated. We stayed at the Hyatt instead and it was wonderful.

TRAVELER BE AWARE . . . The multiple signs at the front desk and the breakfast area that say, "The room will be charged $10 for plates taken out of the breakfast area" does not mean "plates". Due to food allergies, we could not eat most of the breakfast items, so we decided to skip the breakfast, take 2 bananas and get on the road. We were charged $10 for the 2 bananas even thought we did not eat breakfast. Also, the bed was an overused memory foam type that sagged toward the middle.

Great Property for small price
It was a nice property for the amount I paid. The bed was too soft. There wasn’t a box spring just a mattress. The Lobby/breakfast area had a real funky smell that never went away. Amenities were nice.
