This is a budget hotel located outside the tourist area. It is ok for someone familiar with Mexico City. I do not recommend the hotel or area for unexperienced travelers and families.

First night they gave me a small room with single full size bed. Which I booked for a double queen bed room. I talked to the receptionist which who was rude and did not want to accommodate me to what I originally booked for. I also complain how the bed was broken and the room on top of it smelled. She just told me I had to deal with it until the next morning. The next morning they switch my room after speaking to management. The room was a little better. Regardless it was too noisy, not heating or cooling, no safe box, floors werent moped full of stains, the towels were old, and no remote to tv unless you asked at the reception and they didnt work or had any. Hotel has no control over their rooms availability. They are knocking on the doors in the mornings to see if the rooms are occupied. I wont be returning to this hotel or recommend this hotel or be booking with expedia again. My week of vacation was a nightmare since day one at this hotel.

Bueno pero puede ser mejor
El hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación y tiene una buena relación de calidad y precio sin embargo algunos puntos a mejorar es que el elevador principal falla mucho y algo más seria mejorar la calidad de las almohadas

El tema son tres cosas que deben mejorar: la cama no era tan cómoda, ya no alcance lugar de estacionamiento y lo tuve que dejar en la calle. El hotel se ve antiguo y recomiendo su modernización, por ejemplo la alfombra es muy vieja y se observa hasta sucia.
