Valentines get away
Went on a weekend couples trip for Valentine’s Day to do some hiking and go out to eat. The hotel was great, we’ve stayed here once before for a week. Clean room, comfy beds and all the amenities are still available during this pandemic. The guys at the breakfast buffett are great and very helpful. Food was hot and served quick. For $97 bucks a night you can’t beat it. Free parking, comfy beds, slay water pool that’s open, breakfast buffet included and they are serving. ( other hotels that were way more costly are giving a brown bag with a piece of fruit and bag of muffins in it). Gym is open 24/7.

Unpleasant and rude
First off the suite I booked was not available. I thought maybe beachside they were over booked but that was not the case. They gave me 2 rooms instead. I am not sure why the they didn’t had the suite I booked. Secondly the breakfast was not available even though it was part of my booking. The breakfast guy named Marcos was very rude and he told us that they didn’t expect us to come for breakfast and they ran out. Also he challenged us to go ahead and give our review. I never had any unpleasant experience before in any hotel. I won’t go back again and will not recommend it to anyone.

Clean and great breakfast
Clean and quiet in the hotel. Outside is a little noisy from cars passing because it’s on a main road. It’s very difficult to find parking in the evening on weekends, the parking lot is jammed packed. I also paid additional $ for a king room on hotels.com but arrived to two queen beds and the woman at the desk stated it’s showing as two queens in their system and I double checked on my hotels reservation and it was definitely for a king room. Overall good stay

I had booked and paid for a King bed. When I got to the room there were 2 queen beds. My husband is 6' 3" and is very uncomfortable in a queen bed. When I went back down to the front desk they told me I booked a flow through room. I dont even know what that is!! But they were unwilling to move me to a King room. We were there right at 4 oclock ,the beginning of check in so I am sure there were rooms available with King beds.
