The office staff member was helpful, supportive and checkin was efficient. Room comfortable enough. Cleanliness was a problem; the garbage was not emptied so had last clients trash, a coffee mug had not been cleaned so coffee stained and packed with the other clean ones, under bed and some other furniture was dirty, including a couple of old thongs from previous clients. Parking can get crowded if there are many guests on site, and the Entrance can be restrictive. Good little bathroom, although crack in wall, shower good. Plenty of space in the Room. An average stay compated to last time we were there.

We arrived at 4 and there was nobody in reception and had to wait for staff. Our room was roomy but dated. Pink bathroom with leaky shower and bed light was broken. The pool was dirty. Positive was king size bed and quality linen. We stayed on a Friday night and a had quiet night.

My mini suite was very good for being disabled.. everything was level with bathroom facilities very convenient.. everything very clean.. very good comfortable bed. Even though the room was "tired" it had all the facilities to make my stay a happy one with a very reasonable fee.

We chose it because of the kitchenette. I briefly read the room description and it said cookware (which I mistook for cooktop) but there was nothing more than a regular room (toaster, kettle, microwave). Tried to use the BBQ but there was no outside light working. King bed was just two singles pushed together.
