As a repeat customer, my stay at Wyndham is always awesome, and at Ramada in Konya is nothing but exceptional. A friendly staff, and despite little instances of a language barrier, tried their best to assist. Ms Buse especially greeted me and other customers, as I observed, always with a smile, and portray a disposition of courtesy. I'm pleased.

The hotel is one of the five star hotels in Corona, but it is too far from the center and also it is located in the industrial area. All corridors were dark and no light with wear on the lobby nice and smell so well broken window and broken mirrors were seen in the room. All in all, they didn't pay enough attention to building it.

Check in experience was too slow. Thier card payment reader rejected two of our cards. They made us feel we were carrying dodgy cards. Turns out thier machine was at fault and needed to be rebooted.

I am giving a lower scor on service only becaus i have stayed 1 night before my stay here in Isparta Ramada and I am comparing with it. We arrived and checked in and we had to fill and sign thee form which is unusual to me who traveled arround the world and did not have to do this before...then we entered our room..it was like oven from the heat...why they would not prepare the room for our rival? Then unlike Ramada Isparta..they had this small bottles of soups/shampoo and body lotion..only one ..and we are 2 persons in the room.. I looked for iron.and there was non..while in Ramada ISPARTA there was..we went for swimming and the water was soooo cold.. I was kinda disappointed of all this..especially that this is 5 star hotel while isparta Ramada was 4. When we went for breakfast next day a lady apprached us ..i belive her nam is Bosa..and asked us about our hotel experiance..i yold her my disappointment..and when we got back to our room..there was an iron and extra shampoos..thank you Bosa

Resepsiyon sorunu: Konya'ya gelmek için sabah 04:30da yola çıkarak 14:00te otele vardık. Odalar 10-15dkya hazır dendi. 14:38de sorduğumuzda yine 10-15dkya hazır dendi. Pes edip çıktık. Odadaki koku sorunu: 2 gece kaldık. İlk gece odada yanık kokusu vardı, otel yanıyor sandım. İkinci gece ağır yağ kokusu vardı, mide bulantısından uyuyamadık. Resepsiyonun 2 kokudan da haberi yoktu. Kahvaltı sorunu: Kahvaltı açık büfe ve sınırsız, güya. Çay içmek için koca otelde ince belli çay bardağı yok. Alt kattan istemek gerekiyormuş. Kahvaltıda, Ramada'da çay bardağı nasıl olmayabilir aklımız almadı. Alt kattan istendi, geldiğinde kahvaltımız bitmişti. Kahve istedik, ekstra para yazıldı. Odaya yazın dedik. Hayır şimdi ödemeni lazım diyip fatura geldi, kart mı nakit mi diye soruldu. Yetkili birini çağırdığımda "bizden olsun"dendi. Ne yapmaya çalışıyosunuz karar verin kendi içinizde. Havlu sorunu: Islak alan otele dahil, spadan havlu vermediler, odaya çıkıp duştakileri almak zorunda kaldık. Görevli sorunu:checkin yaparken 1sa 53dk bekletmeniz ama checkout yapmadan kapımız dahi çalınmadan odaya temizlikçilerin dalması. Çıplak da olabilirdik?! Sizin gelir kaynağınız müşteri. "Müşteriyi memnun etmediniz" aşamasına dahi gelemedik. Siz daha bare minimumu bile karşılayamadınız seyahatimizde bizim için. Yıldızlı ve zincir otel olduğu için Ramada'yı seçtik. Pişman olduk. Bir daha gelmeyiz. Umarım Ramada ismine yakışır şekilde kendinize çeki düzen verirsiniz. Soran tüm çevremize de önermedik.

Sigara icilmeyen oda verilmesine rağmen 3. katta ilk verilen oda sigara kokuyordu. Ayrıca kat geneli de yemek kokusu vardı. Daha sonra 5. Katta bir oda verildi. Burada herhwngi bir koku yoktu ancak bu oda da tek kisilik odadan çift kişilik odaya dönüştürülmüş küçücük bir odaydı. Odadaki ışık anahtarlarının yerlerinden de bu gayet net anlaşılıyordu. Kahvaltı sırasında personelin genel olarak ilgisiz ve bilgisiz oluşu yalnız 1 personelin çabası sayesinde kapatılmaya çalışıyordu. Ayrıca check out sırasında resepsiyon personeli 3 kişinin sırayla benim işim var sen yap diye birbirine devrettiği işlemi sonunda 13-15 yaşlarında bir çocuk yaptı. O da araç teslim fişini kendisine verdiğimizde, aracınızı kendiniz bulup alabilirsiniz diye bize anahtarını verdi.
