Not what it looks on website pictures.
Soon as we arrived the reception area looked awful. Shabby, def needs a full renovation. The chairs to sit on were very well worn. Soon as you leave the reception area to go towards the other areas there is a huge empty fountain with broken tiles. It’s not something I wanted to see nor show my family soon as you check in. I picked this hotel and they were all shocked how it looked. I felt certain areas could have been maintained. They had about 3 fountains all empty with chipped off tiles it was very unpleasant to see soon as you check in. Rooms, Again, well worn the balcony area had chairs and a table which looked as if it had never been cleaned ! Food. Food variety was very good. The one area that looked very modern and clean. Staff serving were excellent and extremely helpful. Guest relations staff - Amin, was very helpful when I had a query. Staff in the resort are all very helpful and kind. Spa, didn’t use, did not look appealing… Aquaparc , only used once, my daughter did not like… it again could do with a renovation, looks very old.

Savon espèce de crème pâteuse genre super croix Petits oreillers pas confortables dont un sans taie Drap coupures sur les côtés (couteau) Niveau Motel ou hotel deux etoiles, pas plus! The rooms look nothing like what’s advertised in the pictures. They are way smaller. The walls in the room were dirty and had holes in them. The room had a stale mildew smell to it. There was a big water bug in our bed, and another in our bathroom. The pillows and bedding were covered in stains. I checked out the same day that I checked in, as my children and I were too scared to even stay in this hotel. I had to spend over $800usd on the spot for a different hotel. The staff were rude, and offered no help what so ever in this matter. I do not recommend booking or staying in this hotel. Save yourself the nightmare that me and my family had to endure. Bugs in a bed is just plain unacceptable and disgusting! Stains all over the bedding is unsanitary and a health hazard! In all my years of traveling I’ve never experienced a room as disgusting as this one!

We had a great 4 night stay at Aqua Mirage. Every member of staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The buffet had a good selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The aqua park was really good fun too - our children (aged 3 and 5) loved it. It wasnt busy so we didnt have to queue at all. A super stay, and greta value for money.

This was a very dull holiday, it's not what I was expecting. There wasn't any proper entertainment and activities that you would expect with an all inclusive. Also the alcoholic drinks were tasteless. I wouldn't recommend it.

Staff are amazing , shout out to the restaurant hosts (Abdelfattah, Hassan and Nouredeen) they made us feel at home. Love the safety and the natural feel of the hotel environment. Food was amazing from main to desserts. The Aqua parc is a no no because the water is cold, so a bit disappointed. The rooms, towels and bed sheets definitely need upgrade. Maybe Kettle in the room because it's a bit of a walk to the bar just to get hot drinks.

Me and my family liked the kids pool area and the buffet. The Staff were not kind, or friendly, and not helpful at all. Not very welcoming. The welcoming part I will give 0. I had very hard time with the Front desk receptionist. They were kept on lying to us about the availability of the room we were suppose to get. They disappointed us to a point where we wanted to leave the resort, and that’s when they said “let’s see what we can do for you”. And within seconds they gave us the rooms we were suppose to get. Which was attached rooms. Those rooms were available but I don’t understand why they wouldn’t give it. The rooms we got were so dirty. The pillows were dirty, I couldn’t dare to sleep on it. Both room showers were very dirty. Me and my family were very upset with this booking. It is nothing like pictures. The phones were not working, I had to go all the way back to front desk to tell them about the rooms. The supervisor came with us and saw it him self. He agreed to everything and witnessed everything. He promised to change the rooms by morning. He never did. By morning he said I promise next morning. And again, he didn’t. we just let it be. Didn’t like the staff at all. Around the restaurant area or stage area, whenever we would tell the waiter to get something, he would say ok but then he wouldn’t. And just ignore. The room cards were kept not working. Every time we wanted to go back to our rooms the cards wouldn’t work we would go back to the reception
