Das Hotel an sich war so la la.. das Hotel sollte so schnell wie möglich renoviert werden, vor allem die Bäder. Das Abendessen wurde immer kalt serviert und die Gerichte immer wiederholend. Das einzige was ich loben kann war das Strand, sehr sauber 👍 und die Mitarbeiter die sehr freundlich und höflich sind.

Otelin mimarisi, doğası ve denizi harika. Sadece otele özel bir koyda denize giriyorsunuz ve deniz cam gibiydi. Odamız da temizlik olarak güzeldi, biz memnun kaldık. Ancak otelin tüm bu güzelliklerini bir kalemde silen çok kötü bir hizmeti var, o da yemekleri. Hem lezzetsiz hem de temiz değillerdi. Her gün aynı menünün çıkmasını kabullenebilirdik ancak hijyen tam olsaydı. 2 gün içinde hem ishal olduk hem de midemiz rahatsızlandı. Sonrasında da ölmeyecek kadar yemek yedik, buna rağmen rahatsızlıklarımız devam etti. İçeceklerin hiç biri şişeyle verilmiyor (su hariç), bütün yemek barları arı dolu. Çalışanların ilgisi güzeldi ancak aç kaldık ve üstüne zehirlendik. Bu güzelim koya ve mimariye bu yemeklerle yazık etmişler. Tavsiyem acil olarak bu ucuzcu kafadan kurtulmaları ve yemekleri düzeltmeleri.

Yemek, hizmet, temizlik çok kötü!
Balayına otele geldik, 12 eylül 2022 giriş yaptık 1’sı çıkış, önce 12’sinde eşim zehirlendi 14’ünde ben. Datça devlet hastanesinde bu yaz bu otelden çok vaka geldiğini söylediler. Yemekler zaten çok kötü ve tatsız, bakın seçici değiliz ama zehirlenecek kadar kötüydü. 5 günde 1 kere zorla(günde 7 kere resepsiyona gidip, çağrı merkezini arayıp) temizlik yaptırdık. Mimarisi denizi güzel ama her şey vasat. 3 günümüz zaten ishal ve kusmayla geçti kalan günler yakın yerde yemek aramakla. Temiz havlu bulmak ve odamı temizlemek de benim işim oldu. Asla önermiyorum.

Groot resort dat je veel moet lopen naar je kamer. Veel bijen in omgeving wat last geeft tijdens het eten. Was wel een mooi historische resort. Zwembad was klein, maar alleen aan zee heb je al voldoende. Helder, schoon en niet koud.

OBJEKTİF YORUMLARIM
Öncelikle bu otel 2022’deneski işletmecileri tarafından devredilmiş ve farklı bir ön ad ile aynı konseptte devam ediyor. Bu yıl 2017’den bu yana 6.gelişimiz oldu. Bir takım değişiklikler yapılmış. Temizlik ve personel ilgisi ve yaklaşımından oldukça memnun kaldık. Plajda yürüme yolu yapılmış ve iyi düşünülmüş. Olumsuz yorumum yemeklere olacak. Yemek yetersiz, çeşit az ve kalitesiz. Geçen yılki işletmecileri kahvaltıda orijinal Datça köy balına kadar herşeyi düşünüyorlardı. 5 yıldır yemekleri yeterli ve iyi olan bir otelin el değiştirince birden kalitesizleşmesi üzücü. Masraftan kaçınmak için herşeyi düşünmüşler. Barın hemen yanındaki oturma alanlarının üstü neden yarı açık yarı kapalı anlamak mümkün değil. Gündüz vakti sıcakta kimse oturamasın diye mi öyle yapılmış diye sormadan edemiyor insan. Son gün çıkış yapmadan önce yiyebileceğimiz bir şeyler bulabilirsek öğle yemeğine kalmak istemiştik. Resepsiyondaki yetkili arkadaş bu talebimize, sanki lütfeder gibi normalde olmuyor ama bu seferlik kalabilirsiniz dedi. 6 gece konaklama yapmış misafirlerinize bu cümleyi kullanıyorsanız, bunun lafını yapıyorsanız siz bu işi bilmiyorsunuz demektir. Bu laftan sonra biz de tabiki kalmadık ve otelden ayrıldık.
