My stay at this property was fair. The check-in/check/out staff is the biggest issue I encountered.
Upon check-in, I advised the guy at the counter that, instead of a 2-night stay, I would be staying only 1 night and would be checking out in the morning. I was told that this would not be an issue and the additional booked night would be refunded.
The next morning, 4 hours before check-out time, I went back into the office to turn in the card key to check out.
(NOTE: Without the card key, there is no way to access the room).
I made it clear that this was a check-out and the additional night would not be used. Again, I was assured that the additional charge would be removed from the credit card within 3-5 days.
Long story short, the charge was initially reversed, within 2 weeks, but has since returned, one month later.
Be careful with these people.
