We had a tough time right from check in. I called the hotel from the airport to be told that there was no booking or information from Expedia.
One of our group member - a single lady had a sleepless night as hotel had permitted the next room guest to have a dog with him and that guest had tied the dog outside his room. The dog was uneasy and barking all night and broke open a frame of her door. The hotel staff did not have any solution or regret about it.
They also had given the room on our floor - 1st floor to a bunch of revellers who were shouting all night.
I also have an issue with what I was actually charged and the invoice given. The invoice is much lower than what I have paid. Expedia needs to check and refund the excess amount collected
