Por q comenzando al llegar se me dijo q el tipo de habitacion q yabia rentado y pagado ellos no tenian ese tipo de habitacion, luego se me dio una q las camas tenian Acaros y termine todo picado del cuerpo de la misma forma q mi acompañante, la regadera no funcionaba como se esperaba a pesar q este inconveniente si lo solucionaron.

It was an incredibly horrible experience, when I arrived they didn’t have my reservation, argued they receive reservations from “despegar.com” even when made through Orbitz and didn’t want to give me the room even showing my Orbitz confirmation.. Stieve, the person at the Front Desk with a horrible attitude unwilling to help and even disrespectful. Finally when he gave me access to the room it was a room that hadn’t been cleaned and again when I went back to Front Desk to let him know he responded with a terrible attitude questioning me if that was true. (I took pictures and video) and after showing him that he gave me another room. As you can Imagine I would never (ever) stay in this hotel, and would not recommend it. On top of that the rooms are old with extremely old towels and sheets, carpet is sticky.
