No respect for privacy, their staff act like FBI.
Check-in was great. I left my phone in the taxi and the security guy in front of the hotel door helped me to get my phone back. After I checked in my room, 30 mins later a hotel staff knocked on my door and said he would like to refill the snack bar and had a small pringles can in his hand. I told him to go ahead. After about 1 hour, another staff knocked at my door and said if I needed extra towels. I told him I just checked into the room and don't need it. A little bit later, I get a phone call from a hotel staff asking me if there are any water leaks in the bathroom. I told them none that I see. I peeked out the door peephole and I saw a hotel staff wandering around in front of my room. I asked him why are they spying on me. He made an excuse and said, "Oh, the next-door guest left without paying." What nonsense. Everyone pays via credit cards upon check-in and they charge a deposit also. I felt a violation of my privacy and I checked out the same day around 11 pm. What a waste of money.

Was very disappointed at checkin, I didn’t get my room until 4 o’clock I was at the property since 10am and I understand check in isn’t till 3pm but if I’m at the property since 10am and they tell me my room will definitely be ready by 3 o’clock or before why is it that my room wasn’t ready until 4pm and that was only because I was constantly on top of them because if not I would’ve gotten my room much later. Beside that the hotel was pretty good, rooms were nice staff was very nice as well.

This is a couples' and young people resort. Too many people in the pool so we didn't go there. The beach is nice but no more swimming after 630pm.we walked around the area and it's good that it is close to the mall with a lot of restaurants that open early. It was noisy even at night. We can here the yelling of the occupants in the other rooms and this was after 2am. Overall if you want a place to party, this place is for you.
