They charged my card 2 times & didnt give me a room i had to pay $300 for 1 night just for the guy to tell me its not going through so i had to send another $150 in cash to a friend just to get a room overall spending $450 just to get a room for 1 night worst experience ever & now im playing the wait game because a guy charged my card multiple times

Disappointing
I asked about having my room cleaned and restocked on supplies while i would be out for the day. Craig said they'd do it at 1pm. I left for the day and came back around 11pm and nothing was done. When i asked about it again they said they only do it every 5 days. Well this second time im asking is on the 5th day. Still had to wait till the 6th day. Whenever i called the front desk 3/4 times no one would answer. I had to go to them wait until someone showed up and get the things myself. (After i asked 2 different employees.)Then while my girlfriend was taking a bath we realized the tub was leaking and flooded the bathroom and the carpet passed the bed. All in all i thought i would have enjoyed the stay much more but the service was just not there

I read the reviews and with an average of 9.2 out of 10, I was expecting way more than I got. Hotel room is nice, modern decor, but very boring breakfast! Same thing everyday. This really put me off.
