Checked in on Friday 10-07-2022 room was cute and updated. However, I did notice the blanket on the bed had several long hairs. At that point I pulled the top sheet down and noticed stains on the bottom sheet. I did go to the front desk and approximately 30 minutes later an employee did change the bottom sheet and gave me a new blanket. I was satisfied the sheet issue was addressed. The next issue ruined my little vacation. The temperature dropped into the 50s Friday night into Saturday morning and the room became extremely cold causing me to wake up around 2AM. I went to turn on the heat and noticed no hot or cold buttons just fan, low and high. No one was in the office. I had sweat clothes and a jacket but I was still very cold. Due to my eyes I do not like driving in the dark otherwise I would have left immediately to drive home. I waited to sunrise 7:05 am to leave. At that point an employee was in the office. I noticed the office was warm and the employee had a short sleeve polo on. I told her my room was freezing no heat and I was checking out a day early. I was not feeling well due to being so cold. She explained to me that the heating and air conditioning is a one way valve system and you had to request for heat and then someone would open up or reverse a valve. I would not recommend this motel management knowing the kind of heating/air conditioning system they have should pay attention to the weather and make sure the rooms have the proper temperature for their guest
