The Hotel staff was super friendly, and the price was good compared to others i found while searching. However, the room was advertised as a 2 bedroom, and it absolutely is not a 2 bedroom. It is a 1 bedroom with a queen bed in the living room instead of a couch (which means if you spend any time in your room, you are always sitting on the bed, which is probably why that bed was so worn out and uncomfortable). Having a 2-bedroom was important to me, which is why i picked this property, but there wasn't much i could do once we arrived, as other options were no longer available. The location has it's ups and downs. It's easy to walk to lots of food/bars. You also have tandem trailers rolling by as you are right on Rt 40. If you are a light sleeper, bring a white noise machine. The hot tub was also broken for a large part of our stay. The best part of the location is being two doors down from the Dairy Keen, which is one of the best places i ate while on my trip. If you have little kids who like trains, it's a must for your trip. Overall, it was a good place to crash if you wanted a cheap place to sleep while skiing, but for my purposes of temporary housing for 3 weeks, it was not really what i expected.
