Poor front desk help
Front desk told me at check out that booking thru a 3rd party, ie, hotel.com, and even tho it's paid for, they charge $200, so they needed a credit card. He said it would be recredited back to my account when I checked out. When I checked out, they said it takes 3 to 5 days after my checkout to get the $200 credited back to my credit card. I told them that's not what I was told. The bathroom had no fan, and the front desk wouldn't give me a fan. The breakfast buffet was great. Room was clean and comfortable, but not happy with front desk.

Quality not what it used to be.
Nice hotel and we've stayed here numerous times. However, we may not be back due to several issues - No maid service even for a 4 day stay, and no garbage can liners/bags provided at all. Our room smelled from previous guests smoking (not cigarettes). Breakfast was pitiful, and this is especially sad as they used to have phenomenal breakfasts! Biggest complaint would be that our room directly overlooked an apartment complex, and our room only had curtains (not counting sheers) that covered HALF our windows - so we had lights shining in our room from across the street all night, and sheer curtains don't provide much privacy.

Would stay here again
Very nice gym for a hotel - 2 ellipticals, 3-4 treadmills, free weights, and more. Everything was clean. Hot breakfasts daily with excellent fresh fruit, with complimentary coffee and tea round the clock. The clientele were very presentable and well mannered, and location was very convenient. One down point-I believe the room I booked stated it had a bathtub in the description, but the room provided did not have one. So if that is important to you, verify before you accept the room.
