Very good
Very pleasant stay
The location was close to all the tourist places that we wanted to visit. Didn't need a car at all for four days. Close to the metro buses, link rail (to airport), streetcar, monorail( to Seattle center and back). Walking distance to Pike Place market and the piers. The staff were polite and nice. The hotel was clean. The only downside was that the view from the window was of a construction site. But overall a very pleasant stay.

Exceptional
The hotel was nice, clean and conveniently located. (It was an easy 10-15 minute walk to Pike Place Market. The hotel front desk staff were friendly and helpful and directed us to a great restaurant. The pool was closed due to Covid which was disappointing because the Hilton rep I called (clearly not at the hotel in Seattle) told me it was open. Overall our stay was good.

Not coming back to this one...
The desk service lady sent us, 2 hungry adults, to Pike Market at 8pm! We walked there, since she reassured us that everything is open and there are plenty of places to eat until late at night - just to find everything being closed! So disappointing! Anyone who ever visited it should know most of the places close at 5pm! Then we came back to the room. And the AC unit made a tremendous amount of noise, like flapping sound. So it was really tough to sleep. Next day we asked for it to be repaired, and looks like technician attended to it - but it didn’t do anything! It got even worse, and even woke us up at 4am! It is a decent hotel, so I’m really disappointed to experience such levels of incompetence and inconvenience.

Clean and comfy
The room was clean and staff was friendly. We did a mini stay kid free so we weren’t in the room a lot. Would definitely recommend.

Ridiculous having to pay $40 for parking in the hotel you are already paying to sleep at. It should be an all included price!

Great experience! Would definitely come back. Should lower prices since covid has most the building shut down.

This is just MY experience
Be prepared to pay $30+ a night for parking in their garage which was a surprise fee told to me at check in. When I first made the reservations I inquired about Peking and they never mentioned the fee. Also the glass shower in the room leaked all over the bathroom floor when in use. I asked to switch rooms which they did with no problem but the next room had a TV so dim me and my wife couldn’t see anything we had to let the front desk know and they sent in someone to switch it out.
