Very nice hotel, it was very clean and safe, the check in was a breeze with good and attentive staff, it is next door to the Outlet mall in Puebla and 12 minutes from Val'Quirico, I strongly recommend it.

I arrived at 11:30pm tired and ready to go to bed, I had to wait in line at the lobby for check in, more than 15 minutes, even thou I had already payd my stay. While waiting in line there was super loud music sounded like a club.
