It's okay...
Meh, it was fine. We love cozy small hotels in the Caribbean that are apartment styled, have stayed at a number of them all over.
The food at the restaurant was very tasty. But you need reservations and we weren't prepared for that. There would be just a few tables per night and the staff made us feel unwelcomed. There was only one other, max two other units booked during out time, so it was surprising that they weren't happy to have us for dinner.
Breakfast doesn't really exist, don't count on it. We tried to order the day before as instructed and the staff kind of hemmed and hawed about it and wanted to keep negotiating our breakfast time to suit their needs, so we declined. There is no staff here until dinner time.
You should get a car, there is no one to help call a cab or anything like that. To be clear I wasn't looking for full service, just someone to actually be in the office a few hours a day. Even the restaurant staff seemed miffed with the office staff.
We got put in a larger room on arrival. We were walking out the door the next morning for an adventure and they demanded that we move right away. Leaving the taxi we sourced ourselves waiting. Not much of an apology, didn't seem to care, and this was the only time we saw an office staffer.
The biggest issue here is the service, or lack there of. The views are beautiful and the apartments are clean. We had two more nights booked and cancelled and went elsewhere!
