The room we stayed is not clean at all. there's a foul smell the moment we step into the room! there's no 24hrs room service. Room floor is dirty, smelly room n toilet.

From the moment I arrive , I had so many troubles. Wifi can’t connect (Front desk also just tell me I don’t know which I had difficulties to find my direction) and hotel was SO Dirty! Staffs aren’t helpful at all(they are either eating behind the door or playing phone) whenever I went up to use hotel , drunk Chinese mens are always using. There is cockroaches at FO. Kettle was rusty. Phone doesn’t connect(in the end fixed) bathrobe has holes. Bedsheet had yells stain UPON check in. FO seems they don’t know how to solve whenever I told issues. Breakfast is really limited items(bread , noodle , rice , egg , sausage , salad and 2 fruits) I can’t say enough how frustrated I was. I stayed several B&B and they are MUCH BETTR compared to this hotel. SERIOUSLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!
