They charge a additional $15 Eu cleaning fee a day! And the little fridge in the room was dirty with opened water bottles and who know for how long. There is not a front desk for help. Nadia was real nice but not having a front desk makes the difference if something goes wrong in the middle of the night, like in my case, my shuttle service was not getting back to me to confirm my pick up from hotel to the airport and I didn't have any help to find a taxi or another shuttle, cellphones were off! And the only other number I found on Expedia was from a Lady who told me she was in Cuba at the moment and she could not help me. Plus, this location is Walking distance to the Vatican but far away from Downtown, you will need to take a taxi or the train and at night you don't see much movement to be walking on the streets. My suggestions is: get a place near downtown and with a 24hr front desk just in case something goes wrong.

No customer support. No show host-charged full $$
Very combative and unfriendly host- never met me at meeting spot. Then kept sending me angry emails, even when I explained that I had moved to a new place; I decided to find a new place after waiting 45 minutes on the sidewalk with all my bags. Oh well! I ended up at a much better place, and hopefully they get their act together and act as friendly as EVERYONE ELSE in ALL OF ITALY. Plenty of very affordable full service hotels available in the area. Lol! Vacation too short to sit around arguing with a tardy innkeeper. Cheers!

Potential to be a little Gem.
Initially the price looked attractive only after I booked in a hurry and on the moved, did I realised that there is a €15 per night cleaning fees supplement to be paid locally. I stayed for two nights for two people and coupled with the local tax of €7 pppn, I had to paid €44 on top. There is no reception at the property so you must call a to arrange for someone to meet you there, the lady we met was really nice & helpful. The place is within walking distance to the Vatican and there are lots of local restaurants & shops nearby which cater for people on different budget, it’s in a safe neighbourhood with good transport links especially buses, the nearest Metro station is about 750m away. The room is one of four in an apartment, we stayed in Rm A with a spacious comfortable double & air con, it has no sofa chairs nor kettle even though there is one available in the public area. The bathroom has a tiny shower only and it’s nicely decorated. I mark down the service because there was none available on the menu!

Very good area close to the Vatican
Everything was according to plan. The only thing to notice is that there is only a door separating the rooms so you hear the TV, mobile phone notifications and alarm clock of the neighbor. This was not a major problem to me.

Franco is so helpful and friendly. The hotel is really lovely and very easy to get to from the airport by bus and metro. The metro station and the Vatican are within a 10 minute walk. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower is quite small but was absolutely fine for us but you would struggle to fit if you're on the lather side. All major attractions are easily reached usin the metro or by foot.

Excellent choise & excellent enjoyment
Nice hotel, close to Vatican, around 600m, there are many beautiful cafes where you can have a lunch, there are some supermarketsm gelaterias and mercato dei fiore (flower market - buy a flower for your girlfriend, she will love it, especially at morning...) and not far locates a metro station from where you can reach many famous special places.

The location was excellent.
Loved the location, very safe neighborhood, next to many wonderful cafes, restaurants and stores. Close to the Vatican, and metro where you can connected to Rome's historic center. The room was clean, but shower cabin was really small, but manageable.
