An Okay Stay, Just Okay
Strictly on the basis of the hotel service & hospitality, the amenities, and the condition of the room, my stay was okay (3 out of 5). Pros: It has a reasonably large room with a very comfortable bed and set of pillows; a fairly effective heating & cooling system; a neat kitchenette with a useful amount of counter space; more than enough storage space; good lighting; a functional bathroom with a shower that fits all; internet access; and more. Cons: The fire alarm went off. That in itself is a problem for me. Furthermore, it is unclear why it went off (although, I can imagine) or why it proceeded to blare into late the next morning/afternoon. The sink in the room needs repair and the doors to the bathroom require inspection and maintenance. There were burn marks on the carpet by the bed and stains on the curtains as well as the carpet below. Had these issues been resolved and/or nonexistent, or had the staff been more hospitable given the aforementioned problems, I would rate this experience a 5 out of 5. I am disappointed that this space did not match the potential it so clearly should in comparison to the images and promises displayed on its website.

TV carrier needs to add more channels
I stay here on numerous occasions it's my favorite except for TV channels they don't have any Spanish channels at all. But this time all they local channels was out. We came here just to relax and watch some TV very disappointed this time. And no blankets requested one they didn't have it. Everything else was find.

Was not as clean as I would have liked. There was no fitted sheet on the bed. No smart TV as mentioned. Lamp was broken when we walked in and in the middle of the night the bathroom started leaking all over and we were unable to reach anyone from customer service. Very disappointed

We chose this hotel based on its location to family. The evening became a nightmare when hotel guests were out of control for hours. It was not until 1:30 AM until quiet was restored; this after someone set off the fire alarm prompting room evacuations and a call to fire police.

The property was easy to locate, the staff went above and beyond to help. They were very courteous. The room was clean. The bathroom since was the only thing that didn’t look correct. Whatever was used to repair made it look as if it was molded.

I stated on 12/28 the gut at check in was very polite & professional. Once checked I was given room 410 upon my arrival to the room I noticed it didn’t have a blanket on the bed. I called the front desk & he stated he would get one up to me as soon as laundry was done. Upon further inspection I noticed that 1 of the light fixtures on the wall was slightly hanging the nightstand draw handle was loose when u pulled on it, it fell off. The sink had black corking around it that was visible & the shower area had a little mildew( I didn’t notice that until I returned from work that evening) I also noticed that the sink was backing up when I ran the water (also after work) the blanket I asked for was put inside of my room because I had to go to work once I returned and opened the blanket up it had holes everywhere. I called the front desk to complain the gentleman apologized & did ask if I would like another I replied no. All in all if you are looking for upscale or maybe 4-5 stars this hotel is not the one I would rate them a 3... only because the staff are polite and try to resolve your problems...
