    Great, central location but with a village feel to this part of Bloomsbury. Apartment was simple, modern and clean. Comfortable and well appointed.

    Good location

    Good apartment in a great location. Well equipt and comfortable for 5 adults for a 1 night stay. The check in process was disconcerting, with the apartment demanding a photograph of your credit card, ID and a picture of yourself at least 2 says before check in- I was a little concerned about the security of this and felt it was overkill. Apartment was fine, however there was a very strong smell when we checked in. It would also struggled to have fit 6 adults as the sofa bed was very small for a double.

    Check-in is a hassle

    The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The location is great. However, one thing that drives me crazy is the check-in arrangement... I needed to make two phone calls on the road to make sure they had sent me the instruction email. I also had to make a selfie with my passport on the side and send them the image prior to my check-in. That makes me feel like a criminal suspect. They also required a photo of your credit card! Yes, not the number... the card! Seems like the check-in process is still a manual task. What a hassle!

    A very clean and comfortable apartment close to amenities. Had a problem with boiler when we first arrived but very quickly was sorted. Customer service was extremely helpful in giving us a later checkout. Bed was very comfy and having your own individual heating thermostat in winter is a real plus rather than being on a building set timer/ temperature. Very impressed in the comfort. Was just for one night but so much nicer than staying in a hotel room.

    Great spacious apartment in Holborn

    The apartment was really clean and very spacious. Really nice living space and great facilities. Easy to check in and find and plenty of good restaurants, bars and attractions near by. Although its near a busy street and bar it was very quiet within the apartment. Would definitely stay here again

    Bad management nice place

    Bad management they have no reception office at the building and they won't give you the keys until you email them your ID and payment card and that took about an hour, all that time my family and I were waiting on the street that was a total mess, plus it was hard to find the place there was no clear sign to indicate where the building was, but to be fare the place was clean and really nice, but I won't stay here if I ever visited London again.
