Worst hotel service experience
The worst experience ever in my life. The hotel manager's attitude was horrible and the manner of speaking was terrible beyond imagination. There is nothing to expect from this kind of facility and staff. I was deeply surprised and annoyed so I didn't even check in. No refund for sure. No apology for sure.

W hotel... a cozy place
The service was great and it was very close to the train station. Which takes about 53 minutes to go to anywhere in seoul for a day trip. They Clean my room when requested everytime i went out for the day. There are also a lot of amazing local restaurants around the area if you like korean food. I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay again if given the opportunity to come back.

호텔이라고 해서 예약했는데 이름은 호텔이지만 거의 모텔 같았네요. 가격도VIP룸의 가격이 75000-80000원 있는데 호텔스닷컴에서 11만원에 판매를 하면 호텔스 닷컴에 대한 신뢰도가 떨어지지 않을까요! 몇번 이용했지만 이번만큼 정말 실망입니다! 호텔 선택 잘 하셔서 올리셔야 할듯 합니다
