Not much english spoken, and only a room, no view.
I have to say this is cheap and clean, BUT the a/c didn't work, and no view at all. The room is a good size, but with a good tv, it is just a posh prison cell. I only needed it for business at my local office, so for 4 nights it was ok, but rubbish a/c was very disappointing.
