Horrible experience spoiled my holiday
The resort booked thru hotels.com and confirmed they made us wait for 1 hour for check in as confirmation mail not sent by hotels.com We were shocked as no lunch was available as we reached around 1230pm on ordering nothing was served. Further restaurant is non Ac and staff is unprofessional. The entrance to resort is narrow and makes you feel you are entering a very narrow and land locked space. There is no tourist desk and staff is unhelpfull reservation manager speaks and intimidating manner. I suggest hotels.com should blacklist this resort and refund my money.
