Beautiful and Relaxing Bali Bohemia
Had a wonderful stay in Bali Bohemia! It was a really quirky, novel and pretty place to stay. Rooms were large with lots of space. The gardens were beautiful. The hotel is very central, literally 5 steps away from monkey forest and less than 10 minutes away from the central streets of Ubud. The reception staff were wonderful! They helped us with everything we needed including tours, travel transfers etc! No request was an issue and they were both so so friendly! As mentioned, the gardens and pool were gorgeous and we had been warned that the monkeys come in but they’re aren’t friendly and will take your stuff so it felt a little uncomfortable to chill around the pool. That is a very small complaint however because there is so much to see do and experience in Ubud so there’s little time to be there anyways! The restaurant was super tasty and offered a gorgeous selection! The open Mike night was fun and lively too!

Bali Bohemia saved our honeymoon. My husband and I had to make several adjustments to our March 2020 trip plans due to other Indonesian islands preventing foreigners from entering, as well as abrupt flight cancellations. We came here on recommendation from a friend and couldn't be happier! The staff were top notch and the restaurant gave a 5-star experience for the food, atmosphere, and location. We stayed in the Heritage Room our first night and were blown away by the artsy, hand-made furnishings. The next day we left for a neighboring resort where we had previously made reservations but were so disappointed with its presentation/ambiance/poor value that we came running back to Bali Bohemia! They let us celebrate Nyepi and finish out our trip in the Lotus Villa, which was absolutely amazing!! It's probably too big for only 2 people but their 1-bedroom villa was spoken for. Because of its proximity to the Monkey Forest we felt like we were staying in a zoo exhibit! The experience was a dream come true--definitely 10/10. Also, a big shout out to Jessica and her friendly staff for helping us through the government lock-down post Nyepi 2020. Our driver got special security clearance from the village leaders to help us arrive on time for our flight back to the USA via Jakarta. Jessica even cooked us breakfast herself, since all restaurants were unexpectedly closed and her staff wasn't allowed to come to work! We're for sure coming back again.

Right next to the Sacred Monkey Forest entrance this Bohemian delight awaits. Perfect in every way. Only thing that we had issues with were the very noisy bamboo beds. Every time you move it cracks really loudly! But hey ho you’re using bamboo only to be expected really. Nila who was on reception is fabulous and her English is very good. Loved my 3 nights here.

Relaxing
This place is so relaxing and down to earth. Warm welcome when we arrived and received a refresher. Very close to the monkey sanctuary. Received visitors every morning a bit scary at first not sure about the monkeys but the soon left. Close to coffee houses, spa and restaurants. I really had a wonderful stay. The breakfast is delicious too.
