A great way to enjoy Sun Moon Lake
This property (also called Sun Moon Lake Home Hotel on some maps services) was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The room and bathroom were both spacious and in excellent condition. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Parking for the hotel is at a lot very close by (the staff will help direct you); there is a very small fee per night that grants you unlimited access in and out of that lot. Would definitely stay here again!

Spent 2 nights here. Overall was extremely satisfied with the hotel. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking to stay at sun moon lake. Location was extremely good ( close to main bus drop point, close to boat & multiple bike rentals too ). Every reception staff whom we came across the past 3 days have been extremely friendly. Hotel view was one of the best in sun moon lake! ( remember to get the lake view )Hotel newly renovating hence it’s very clean. Breakfast was decent too. Love our stay here and would definitely be back in the near future! Price of hotel is competitive too. Thank you Sun Moon Lake Apollo for making my fiancé and my stay here in Sun Moon Lake memorable by helping me arrange all the extra request.

Nice view and convenient
The hotel is near the bus station to Sun Moon Lake and the pier of Shui She. The orientation of the room is superb, overlooking the lake, just like their introduction in the app. Staff are friendly. I would consider staying here again if I go back to Sun Moon Lake.

Gentleman at the front desk was so polite and friendly. Made our stay so welcoming! The place has been recently refurbished in May 22, so everything was clean and tidy. Location was perfect which overlooked the lake and had access to shops and restaurants.

Visited June 2023, overall great experience. Good location, nice room with modern amenities (plenty of outlets/USBs, fancy toilet, shower + bathtub). We had a city view room, so did not get pretty view of lake, but public spaces like the lobby and dining area have fantastic lake views. Parking is at local Zhongxing Parking Lot (中興停車場), less than 5 min walking. Free parking from 12 noon to following day 12 noon. Times outside 12 to 12 will be at your own expense at 40 NTD/hr. We parked at 12 noon, before checking in, but needed to leave parking lot again, so called the hotel, and they called in our plates, so we could get in and out for free. Breakfast was a served plate. Slightly different content for kids vs adult. Dining hall was pretty, plating of food was nice, but food flavor is blend, tabasco and ketchup came in handy. Location is convenient, restaurant/street food options readily available. Highly recommend, good value!
