Charming, if you like stairs
The hotel itself and the rooms were beautiful and large - much larger than you might normally find in European cities at this price. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, but the lift was not working for the majority of the trip. This meant we had to carry all of our luggage - for a 2 week vacation in other cities- up 3 flights of stairs. We had one person with asthma and two with joint issues who had a particularly difficult time. I feel bad for the hotel staff - it seemed to be the building, not hotel, who engaged workers that stopped the elevator, but the hotel couldn’t help with bags or get the workers to turn on the elevator even when they weren’t actively working. We absolutely would not have chosen this hotel if we knew the elevator would be unavailable causing us to climb up and down 3 flights of stairs multiple times of day, and twice with luggage. The hotel staff could not tell us when it would or would not be working (it seemed to be turned back on in the evenings, but off again by 8 am).

Room given away.
Reserved a 2 king 2 double bed suite several months in advance. When we arrived from United States travel to Rome they had given our room to someone else. Didn’t have the decency to call and tell us prior. They didn’t have any other rooms with the beds we were in need of. We tried for an hour to find a vacancy elsewhere all booked and only one available was a dirty room for more money. Hotel would not taxi us to the hotel nor compensate us for the inconveniences. Do not recommend .

Everything is good except they don’t have breakfast in the facility. It is also understandable that their elevator is small because that is an old building but the staff are very accommodating and friendly. Very good location. Overall, i like it and will be back in the future, i will recommend the hotel to my friends.

This is a total bait and switch. We were moved to another property much further out from the city, that did not even have hot water. That property was advertised for $100 USD per night less than this. They made us pay them (Trevi) and then put us in a cab and sent us to the other location. They then also billed me for our stay. The new place had NO hot water and was in a terrible area. Do not book here. There are so many wonderful places in Rome, don't get ripped off like we did.
