Great location!
The hotel is located a short block away from Buckingham Palace and within walking distance of many of the downtown attractions. Victoria Station and buses were nearby, as well as a Marks and Spencer’s for groceries. There were many good restaurants within minutes of the hotel. Our room was on the 4th floor and it was very quiet there. Our standard double room was compact but adequate. The little kitchenette in the room was very handy as we prefer to eat breakfast in. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Thanks Lawrence for the warm welcome when we arrived, and as it turned out, your well wishes when we left. And thanks to the whole team for their daily greetings and general helpfulness, hotel-wise or with touristy info.

Beautiful hotel with professionally friendly staff
Visiting London to see a couple of shows and booked this hotel for 2 nights. Ideal location around the corner from Buckingham palace. On arrival staff were awesome especially Emmanuelle who gave us lots of good advice re the area . We paid a £50 deposit on check in. The room was stunning! Had everything we needed and more, even though in reality we were only sleeping there. It had its own kitchenette hidden behind “wardrobe doors” which had everything you needed should you want to eat in your room. Shower was , well , just wonderful . We walked everywhere. It took around 30 mins to walk to Covent Garden / Chinatown / theatre land etc . There is a nice pub close by and on a Tues & Thursday there is a street food market the next street over. Delicious! .there is also an indoor shopping centre with lots of other places to eat as well . Check out was simple . Deposit refunded immediately . I will definitely stay here again

Great Find
Really enjoyed our stay at The Resident Victoria. The staff were all really helpful & friendly and the room was quiet, clean & comfortable. We had an issue with the very hard pillows at first but these were immediately changed on request. This hotel is in a superb position - tucked away but very close to everything Victoria & the surrounding area has to offer. We will definitely stay here again.
