I have stayed many times in PC before. Initially the room allocated was a very basic, with broken toilet seat cover, single beds rather than requested double beds. After a complain, however it was upgraded to better room. I had deposited enough upfront credit, but I was told after a meal in the restaurant that My card has not got any credit which was embarrassing to say the least. Again, it took a trip to the check in desk to sort out the issue. Generally, the hotel services have been good.

Property was used by PSL teams which meant ordinary customers were treated like lower class people we had to use service lifts which smelt of stale food, the suite was off sub standard with a very noisy AC system. Should have been informed of restrictions when booking and not even an apology. Overall disappointed with PCL and will not be booking again in Lahore

Staff are courteous, front desk reception manager was rude and too full of herself. Room was old, temperature not controllable, furnishings very dated and carpets were old and dirty. Beds were very uncomfortable, mattresses hard and without any soft covering, pillows were few and lean. Power outlets loose and old.
