Location is nice, courtesy breakfast. Dirty towels/room. Elevator under construction, had to carry all luggage 3 stories!!! Very Loud due to construction, you can hear people talking in the hallways even with door closed and tv on!!

It was a peasant stay at this hotel well located, great ambient and great temperature at this location. Only this note: kitchen needs better ideas in the breakfast used to be better.

They gave my room to another family even though I had it reserved two monthes in advance and had gotten the room key earlier that day. When we returned to the room, we found out that the other family had been given the same room number and another set of key cards. We got into the room perfectly fine only to find them sleeping in our room. Such an embarassing mistake for such a nice looking hotel to make. Also, the elevator had not been working for at least 4 monthes according to the hotel staff and our room was located on the fourth floor of the hotel. My mother, who is 82 years old, was then forced to walk up too many flights of stairs. Everything else was fine, but those mess ups really put a damper on the service we were provided

It needs some improvements
Locations is really good, at the moment of our stay the hotel didn't have the elevator working and the key for the room was having issues. Overall it needs some improvements, maybe if you stay there after they fix the elevator the quality of the experience will be better than mine.
