El Jadida, Hotel La Place
The hotel was about 15 minutes easy walk from the bus station and we got a friendly welcome. We were given a spacious corner room with views towards the sea, clean and quiet. It was about 10 minutes walk to the Cite Portuguese, although out of season it was pretty empty and dark in the evening so we headed back to the main street and ate fresh fish in a nearby restaurant. Breakfast at the hotel was good and the view from the upstairs terrace amazing.

Hotel La Place
We had a lovely stay. Comfy enough beds and one of the rooms had a fridge which was nice. Wifi was available in the room although the lobby was the fastest signal. It was a quick walk to the medina.

Friendly place near the beach
The room was small, but comfortable. The staff was helpful, and the location is nice for wandering around the beach area and the Portuguese city. The off-season rates were very reasonable. There is a nice cafe on the roof.

Décevant, vieillot, cher pour ce que c'est.
J'ai détesté mon séjour dans cet hotel. J'ai été mal recue par la receptionniste qui aurait préféré que je paie "en direct" et non pas à hotels.com (expedia). La chambre est très propre mais vieillotte. La tv à 5 ou 6 chaines: une chaine de tele achat allemande, une russe, une religieuse, une egyptienne. Pas de chaine en francais ou en anglais. Menu très limité au restau et apparence de la nourriture :( Je n'ai pas voulu rester la 2eme nuit meme si elle etait déja payée et non remboursable. Je ne retournerai pas dans cet hotel qui est cher pour ce que c'est. Et en plus, ils n'offrent même pas une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre!
