One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Every staff here was very helpful and friendly. All of them spoke good English. Room and bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was great. Wifi, AC, minibar, all great. Good location close to beach and old town/night market. They also provide free shuttles around town and 2 free water. Also one of the few to have a gym facility and nice swimming pool.

The staff treated us like royalty, they went above and beyond on all services. Highly recommend this hotel. Close to nightlife, food, markets. Room was clean and our customer service rep walked ya through all the amenities Breakfast was great as well

We had a great stay at Hoian Sincerity. The staff were very helpful. The location is quiet with a plenty of places eat nearby. A short walk down to the Old Town or take the free shuttle bus.

The staff are all quite pleasant. But they are pushy and try to get you to spend more money than necessary. The hotel next door called anio is newer and nicer. They offer a shuttle service into the main town which is great but it is often full and you have to wait a while for another one. We ended using the anio shuttle many times. The hotel itself is old and a little dirty in places. The food is not the greatest. Overall it’s an ok hotel. The staff are all very pleasant though.

Pros: great staff, but some staff didn't manage customer expectation well. cosy, big and clean room. Cons: they are lack of capacity to maintain many guests. I had to wait for breakfast because their restaurant is too small to ocupyy many guest. worst part is while I'm waiting the staff let some western guest go in without asking any waiting guests before them. Seems they have different rule for westerns. They provide free shuttle to old town, however, there is chance that you cannot get in a bus. It is first come first served according to the staff. which means even though you waited from old town to the hotel, nobody gurantee your ride. Lastly, they had blackout, and they never informed guest until the day. Thus in the morning we knew that whole town is blackout. Some hotel actually managed to provided electricity using power generator, but this hotel's generator was broken, so they failed to provide it. If I know that there is blackout, I should haven't stay there.
