The property is new and has the perfect amount of space with the kitchen, living room, bed and bath. It met all expectations and is in a convenient location for campus and other parts of the city. Staff was very friendly.

Stayed for two nights and couldn't be happier. Beautiful hotel that was nice and clean and up to date. Loved staying there. Next time I'm in Columbus and need to stay over night I know where I'll be going back to.

The suite itself was nice and spacious. Our room could have done with a more thorough vacuuming, and wiping down of surfaces( side table had dried coffee stains.) We had plenty of hot water for morning showers. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, we booked here because there was a pool for our granddaughter to splash in at the end of the busy days, and it was closed during our stay. Also, daily room cleaning and fresh towels were not offered. When we walked down and asked at the front desk, we were provided clean towels. I assume these issues are due to covid precautions. However, these things could have, and really should have, been communicated to us at the time of our booking. Considering what was not available to us, this property was extremely over priced in my opinion. I probably will look elsewhere for future stays.

Property is or at least feels new. Staff was excellent. Grant and evening desk gentlemen were fabulous. The pull out bed sheets had not been changed, which was disappointing, but the response was appropriate and I was asked what can they do to make it right. We were just there for overnight, so I said nothing, but it is amazing how often I am not even asked.

Nice and clean!!
My husband and I stayed here for a quick and close getaway for our anniversary. The hotel is very clean and I absolutely loved the shower. The staff was great as well. We were not sure where we wanted to eat dinner and the associate at the front desk made a suggestion that we ended up going with and loving. I would definitely book here again.
