Very nice... Had a great dinner at the Waterwheel restaurant. Our room was clean and comfortable and it had a wood-burning fireplace which we used. They provide the wood and start the fire for you. The whole stay was perfect we had no issues. Planning to go back in the Spring.

We really loved this property. It was beautiful in the fall and the perfect peaceful getaway. Our room was the Oat room, with a living room and bedroom. Very comfortable. They delivered breakfast each morning in a cute wire basket and added a pot of coffee at our request. The bar and the bartender were excellent and the restaurant was great. Very quiet place, nice tiny town great for walking.

This property is made up of historic buildings in Warm Springs and is nestle in lovely green forest covered trees. Lovely the character of the rooms and the nice touch of having a light breakfast delivered to your room when you call. While the Waterwheel Restaurant is the only one in town it’s so worth it!!! Each meal there was delicious.
