Not happy to say…
The staff was great, however the room we stayed in, room 1714, was disappointing. The temperature was set at 65 but was not cooling properly. There was mold cover up on the inside of the window sills. The room was very dusty and I scratched all night with small bites. It’s hard for me to say these things only because the staff was so perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the check-in counter to our departure from the parking garage. Our main reason to stay at the Golden Nugget was to see the singing group, The Guess Who. The venue was simple and condusive to their performance. The interesting aspect of our stay was the warmth of your staff and their helpfulness. The convenience of an all inclusive event enhanced the experience. Our kudos to your restaurant and staff at the Chart House. Our waiter was attentive and offered valuable suggestions to make our palates tingle. The front desk host was amiable and understanding. Disappeared
We waited 45 minutes to check in at 6:00. I have never waited that long to check in. We had rude neighbors who were playing music till 430 am being loud screaming. Walls paper thin. Had to put ear plugs in. Sink was leaking from the base of the faucet. Had to put a towel down to collect water.
